About me

Hi there,
Welcome and thanks for visiting my webpage.
The link at the bottom of this page will take you to my website where you can find several examples of my professional work.
I've been using seismic data for oil and gas exploration, coal exploration, mineral exploration, co2 geosequestration, and near-surface geotechnical investigations since 2004.
My latest research at Curtin University comprise high-resolution near-surface earth imaging and rock characterization based on the inversion of seismic waveforms and the interferometry of these waves.
These methods provide promising results for hard-rock mineral exploration and near-surface geotechnical site characterization. In hard-rock environment, crossing the regolith barrier, sub vertical structures are imaged down to several hundred meters (here).
In the near-surface, irrespective of earth heterogeneity, a high-resolution subsurface image of the coal layers is created (here).
A high resolution rock parameter profile is created with FWI methods for Iron Ore exploration in Pilbara (here).
Browse my webpage for some more examples of my previous work in FWI and Interferometry.
